We accept all major credit cards and all payments are applied directly to our vendor suppliers.

No, we do not provide refunds or transfer monies. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

No, your final balance must be paid in full by 2pm on the final payment due date or your reservations will be canceled and your monies will be forfeited. If you find yourself unable to make payment, please reach out to us via email as early as possible for alternatives.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

You will receive an email 14-21 days prior to travel.
